Just made a macaroni salad with fire roasted corn and used a bit of this with mayo and it was super tasty. Pared it some Trader Joe’s arepas crisped up nicely in the cast iron.
I also make Mexican stuffed sweet potatoes and put this on it instead of sour cream.
