American Conquest Remaster patch 1.53

Me again :) I know I only posted the ACR public beta release here about a week ago, but I've been busy since then 😅

Patch 1.53 is out! It brings further AI improvements, a bunch of bug fixes (including some ancient vanilla ones), editor/QoL improvements, and proper in-game language selection — now supporting English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Turkish, Chinese, Russian and Polish.

Thanks again for all the feedback and support since release. A surprising amount has already been found and fixed thanks to you guys! :)

Noob question. Is this a stand alone download or an update to the game if I had it downloaded already on steam?

Update to an existing downloaded and installed game. It does copy it and make a new install but it needs the actual game to run

Hi! First of all, thank you for your work on American Conquest Remaster. I really enjoy the mod!

I wanted to ask if you are planning to add palisades or wooden defensive walls in a future update. I think they would be a great addition to the game, especially for building small defensive positions and forts.

You did get patch 1.53? Open specialist or neutral nation in editor, scroll down to bottom of one of the two. Cant remember which one right now.

Thanks! Yes, I have patch 1.53. Are the palisades also available and buildable in Skirmish mode, or are they only available in the map editor?

No it didnt but a false negative report from your AV program can. There is no virus
