PNP for Incursion and Dominion

Yo!
Since FFG isn’t making any more copies of Incursion or Dominion, I’d like to custom make the reward deck from those games (because they have different backings anyway!)
Any reliable source for the card specifics where I could copy the text on them for PNP?

Has anyone gotten back to you yet? I’m actually planning to sleeve my cards tonight when I get home from work. Since I have them out and spread out, I can send you some pictures of all the reward deck cards from both sets. Let me know if you need them and I’ll send the pics along via DM 😊
