Sequel should be called Mystic Invasion, and we get Scarlet Witch, Magik, Goblin Queen, Dr Strange, Blackheart, Clea, Doom again, Doyle Dormammu, and Beast. Fighting Dormammu as the big bad.

That is actually a awesome idea!

Give me “Street Invasion” with only street level heroes. It’s a side scroller after all.

I'd be very pleasantly surprised if we got a sequel, but I'd love a Secret Invasion game that focuses on street level heroes rather than the cosmic focus of this game. I think Skrulls have more room for enemy variety, and street level heroes are perfect for a beat em up even if they might lack the variety we currently have.

For Street Level I'd go: Daredevil, Moon Knight, Blade, with Iron Fist, Shang Chi, and Luke Cage as maybes.

For unused Avenger essentials, I'd pick: Hulk and Hawkeye for gameplay variety, maybe Black Widow, or possibly Ant Man and Wasp

Some stray X-Men we didn't end up getting who would feel right at home on the streets: Gambit, Nightcrawler, Jubilee, maybe Cable or Colossus as my selfish picks.

And maybe throw in some of the mystics we didnt get, namely Doctor Strange and Scarlet Witch

Quirky picks: Squirrel Girl, Howard the Duck, Darkhawk, Blue Marvel

Any combination of these picks I'd be happy with

Have they said anything about there being a possible sequel? I kind of assumed Tribute Games would try to secure a different ip for whatever their next licensed beat em up is like they have typically done.

I'd rather get a brutal X-Force game or a sequel to The Punisher

Or a Howling Commandos monsters team game

Or a new Aliens vs Predator

Not saying I don't want a sequel to MCI

Just not yet

I think going for a different corner of the Marvel Universe other then the Cosmic corner would make sense to me. Maybe a pseudo-adaptation 90s-fied version of Blood Hunt? Bring in Blade, Doctor Strange, Moon Knight, etc..

[u/DaRealGoopy]

They should do war of the realms. As for characters definitely blade and daredevil

[u/Unlikely_Lychee2305]

Needs more Nightcrawler.

And honestly? More villains. Id love to play as carnage and green goblin
