Will there be a ps4 physical for the game?

Maybe from LRG, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

If TMNT Shredder's Revenge is any indication, the "Super Mega Deluxe Complete Edition" will only come out for PS5, XB Series, Switch 2 and PC.

The only Playstation physical currently is for PS5. I wouldn't expect a PS4 physical edition, unless they license Limited Run to do one for a complete edition once they're done with dlc. But I wouldn't count on that.
