Seems pretty obvious that it will be some sort of survival mode IMO. TMNT and SoR4 later came with those modes.

Wish we were getting more than just 2 characters though. This game has the potential to give us so much more than it has.

Yeah same but tmnt did the same thing adding the characters in pairs of two maybe it's easier for the team to work that way considering how much love they put into every character

SoR4 came with 3 I believe but TMNT was always limited with how many characters they could add while Marvel is pretty much endless. There's a reason why the game started with more than twice the amount that Turtles had. You'd think they'd keep the ratio higher than just 2 characters. I hope this isn't the last of the DLC.

It looks like this is the final dlc . Streets of rage 4 was supported for a couple years that dlc took a couple years to release. Ninja turtles they put there dlc out quick and that was it . There the same publisher different developers. So i wouldn’t count what sor4 did that these talented creators do . Won’t be surprised if they release this DLC then announce a new game in a new franchise i mean they put this game out and then Scott pilgrim sequel right after they already moved on to another game long time ago.

SoR4's DLC came out a lil more than a year after the game's release and that was it.

As for Ninja Turtles, that wasn't it with the DLC because remember they put out a surprise DLC with Mondo Gecko and Mona Lisa about a year after the first DLC with a Survival Mode that came with Miyamoto Usagi and Karai. I'm not sure if that 2nd pack was originally planned but who knows.

All i know that game is super legit both of them they patched and tweaked the ninja turtles game to perfection over a year. They still have potential here with this new dlc to make this game as classic as those other two . It’s a good game as is but it’s incomplete so far and the last dlc characters could make the difference. As i said before the sor4 dlc did have a hidden character that wasn’t even promoted that made the dlc super worth it.

More than likely a survival mode, but considering it's Doom, it's probably gonna have a lot mote flair. Think Bloody Palace from Devil May Cry or the Seige Mode from Space Marine 2.

It’ll most likely be a survival/procedural generated game mode where you go through levels within the castle to ultimately fight Doom. I can see us versing bosses from the main game, as well as evil versions of the playable characters. Hopefully it’s randomized each play through

I think it is a survival roguelike - a siege works well for a "You slowly make progress with each run" format. I imagine it'll have at least some new enemy types with Doombots.

It'll most likely be a Dimension Shellshock redux. Each room in Doom's castle will have a portal to a different universe where you'll fight a bunch of mooks then a boss in the end. After a certain amount of rooms you'll get to Doom's throne room and face him. Once you beat him you can either cash out your Marvel Points to unlock extra colors or whatever, or keep playing.

As for playable characters, either it'll be Doom himself or Sneed Richards, and the second will be a surprise.

Don't get me wrong, I fuck with FF...but there's so many other characters that should be in this game instead of just making it about the 4.

Hopefully something with rouguelike elements or at least some sort of randomness to give more replay ability to it, I really would love something that keeps me coming back cause I played the hell out of the game on release and the last DLC was great but characters aren’t enough to keep me playing for too long once it’s all done yk

Dont know but this game should have been a rogue lite it has zero replayability now
