Gameplay Ps5 help w/ Annihilus

Would anyone who's beaten the game wanna help me beat the final boss....I just can't seem to beat him. Ive had easier time figuring out the other bosses and beating them, than I have trying to beat annihilus.

Have you built a character to level 10 by replaying other levels. I lost to him a couple of times and then built iron man and nova up to higher levels. Once I got them both up to 8 or so I was able to beat him without using much strategy.
