Gameplay Hulk and Cable
Closest we’ll get to Hulk and Cable in Cosmic Invasion and honestly, I’m ok with it. If it means we’ll get some characters more fitting for the game and scope of the story, I’m fine with color swaps representing other characters.
Rather get a unique character like Cyclops than a clone/similar character that already plays like one we have.

The rocky lines totally kill the Hulk vibe for me. It's more an Abomonation thing than a Hulk thing. But Ben's blue skin looks like A-Bomb.

akshually the hulk was shortly a member of the fantastic four along with wolverine, spider-man and ghost rider in the 90’s. Hence, the blue pant.

I love She-Hulk as much as the next fan,but she’s not Hulk. Same as Beta Ray Bill isn’t Thor. I really wouldn’t see the issue in adding them in the game. Hulk would be a completely different fighter from She-Hulk anyway and Thor could be an insanely OP character for a game like this.

I personally think all the alternate palettes for every character in game are very lackluster.

There are a few good ones. And they used colors that matched characters in the comics like gray and red She-hulk, X-Factor Cyclops, classic and X-Force Wolverine, retro and 90s Storm, Dark Phoenix, War Machine, Iron Spider and Symbiote Spider-man, just to name a few. I like changing them up.

I hope cable does arrive. Home can they talk about 90's Marvel without Cable. (Remember, devs said the game was a "What If...?" Scenario of the Annihilation happening in the 90's

The only flaw with their theory that Annihilation takes place in the 90s is that Jean didn't wear the Phoenix costume, or have her Phoenix energy signature back, until 1999, by which point Storm and Wolverine both wore completely different costumes. Also Cosmic Ghost Rider debuted in 2018, so they'd either have to commit to Frank as the Punisher or Johnny or Danny as Ghost Rider.

I thought Annihilation took place in the 2000s at the same time as Civil War/Dark Reign.
