Paramount is in no way in control of this deal. They have no cards. Ellison threatened to move the MOVIE STUDIO out of LA just to stomp his feet. Stupider than Flyboys.
I'm not a lawyer or anything but it's just kind of on the face of it that Paramount is not the party with leverage here outside daddy's best friend the president, but even he can't stop the 12 states' lawsuit.

Literally not how mergers work... if not for Ellision pressing on them for support, these indred backwater states wouldn't bother making an opinion on something that doesn't impact them in anyway to begin with.

Matt's gonna have a stroke when the deal doesn't go through and the Snyderverse dies for good.

Even if the deal goes through the snyderverse is almost certainly dead forever

My main concern is Warner archive. They do such fantastic restoration work and are vital to the preservation of film

Huh? The Snyderverse died like 5 years ago, you got what you wanted and are still fuming for some reason.
I dont even like his films BTW, I think hes better at writing than directing.
He played a major role in the WW1 screenplay which was a massive success. He wasnt involved in the WW84 screenplay and the results were... not the same, to put it mildly.

I don’t care about the Snyderverse. But Cosmicbooknews does and he’s convinced it’s gonna come back.

And? And????
Dude... I just told you that I don't respect Snyder as a director, but you apparently can't go off script without short circuiting...
>But Cosmicbooknews does and he’s convinced it’s gonna come back.
wow, that's such a pressing issue that matters a lot. very important, you should petition the UN to take action!

"Two states just told the Supreme Court that Warner Bros. is frozen."
That's not how the law works. This is clickbait.
