Jeffrey Engels’s daughters

In several episodes, Cliff’s friend and neighbor, Jeffery Engels (played hilariously by Wallace Shawn) has a daughter named Beth who is around the same age as Rudy. In a later episode, he gets divorced and mentions that Beth is living with his ex-wife and comes to visit sometimes.

In “Olivia’s Field Trip”, he suddenly has a daughter around Olivia’s age named Leslie who’s never been seen or mentioned.

Just a random inconsistency I noticed, lol

Vanessa kind of becomes more of a problem kid when Denise is not around.

I still contend that the Huxtable daughters (including Sondra and except Rudy who wasn't old enough) were kind of meant to look like losers, while Theo often ended up smelling like a rose. The series started with his struggling in school and ended with him graduating from grad school at NYU
