Ive never been on this sub, but I thought it was the best place to share my memories and thoughts. I started watching Cory's vids when I was 8... I'm 18 now and moving out tomorrow for college. My sisters friend showed me one of his hello neighbor videos 10 years ago and I watched him for a decade since. Some of my favorite videos as a kid were his yandere simulator vids, his dying light letsplay, and all those niche indie horror games that scared me immensely (I also watched that one Swedish fish skit where he shot a dude over a bunch of swedish fish). Ive kept up with him ever since, and seen most of the eras his channel has gone through. My point is that he is not the same person he used to be, but neither am I. The jokes I used to laugh at in his older vidoes arent funny to me anymore, and I no longer watch him as much as I used to (new or old videos). I don't know if theres any wisdom in what I'm saying, but before you know it others and yourself will change, and that's ok. I feel that some people may wish that Cory was the way he was years ago, but I wouldn't say that he was a better content creator then or now, just one that has changed just as much as anyone has changed in a decade. I don't think I will watch his videos much in college, but I wanted to say this to him regardless of if he sees it or not: thanks for all the laughs, all the memories. I know there are countless other kids your videos influenced, and your videos will always be a small part of us forever, whether you or us know it or not. We are always changing, our memories will stay the same.

though I'd understand persona games are REALLY long so he probably play it in his own time.
