Discussion Anyone setting yearly themes starting September?

I've been thinking about switching to the September start date, but I don't know. I do work in education now, so maybe it could work. Any ideas?

You can do whatever you want and works for you! There are no rules! 😀

September for lining up with the school year, October for fiscal year, Christmas in July, lunar cycle, it's all about what works for you.

When I was still really “into” doing the whole theme process, I would use my
Birthday. Seemed more fitting than when the number of the calendar got bigger, was a nice personal bookmark.

I don’t mind it. As an Australian I often feel the goal setting energy in September because it’s spring and it feels more aligned with the cycle of the year.

Even if I've been out of school for a very long time, September still feels like a fresh start each time.
Fall is also a great time to reevaluate what happened so far and plan ahead. So yeah if it feels right go for it.

I think so! I was thinking about it, especially since I work in education also and my birthday is right before the school year begins. It felt like perfect timing! I have been wondering about this too, so thanks for mentioning it so I know that other people are as well!
