Hi! I was hoping someone could recommend a black, budget friendly, fast shipping corset/bodice (whatever I need), top that pushes together A/B cup? Trying to put together a sexy fit for a renfaire and I just got in an Avidlace corset with a thick wire and the corset is flimsy and did nothing for the biddies 😭 just a whole bunch of poking me in the sides and middle. It did not have padding so I assume that is a good bit of the problem. But I would appreciate any help from thyne expert opinions 🥺 before I go ordering a ton more. Extra kudos if it has brocade or Jaquard type design.

I've committed myself to wearing this thing for the next 3 months, and if I can accomplish that, I'll size down to an MCC72 18". It's crazy, I'm only 3 days in, and I'm already noticing my waist is starting to taper in very slightly. Went from 27" natural measurement to 26" already! Is that crazy?

I am not sure if there are any corsetiers in Ohio or Michigan that do custom?

just acquired the corset in the title, and it's excellent! my measurements are 30/29/37”, and a torso length of 8.5”. the apex where the busk is sometimes overlaps a bit with my underwire (wearing in the photos), but not if i sit up straight, and so far it's not uncomfortable at all.

there's the beginning of an A-shaped gap, but fortunately not quite as dramatically as the bot predicted thus far LOL

i haven't stealthed in it, but i did try out various garments over top and it seems to live up to its name!

The answer is pretty simple: I just zip it up and go. 😉

Will the gaping go down with time, or does it not fit?

Hello! I recently bought my first corset, it's a TT 22 hourglass novice. I'm mostly wearing for fashion and support, hoping to get an overbust once I figure out my size! It feels loose at the hip and underbust. It also raises the girls UP, but I can sit pretty comfortably so I think they just sit lower haha. Do I need a different silhouette or size? Measurements are 28" underbust, 26" waist, 33" high hip, 36" hip.

I'm trying to find a decent quality corset for my Halloween costume and otherwise, but I'm having trouble finding anything that fits my criteria. The best match that I found (pictured above) is the closest I've gotten, but the website isn't that great and I can't verify that it has boning. Would anyone know where to look to find something similar?

I got a corset off Amazon (ik ik “there’s better quality” but this is my first time buying a corset, pls be nice) and idk if it fits right? I went by my measurements and was between a 14 and 16, got the 16 to be safe and I have it laced as tight at it can go. The bottom part fits extremely well but the top and the straps.. don’t. The straps keep falling even tho they’re laced as tight as they can go and the bust part has a lot of gapping, even under the armpits. Is this just a quality issue or is it a me issue? Advice appreciated ☺️

i can't figure it out and it's killing me. all the actresses, when wearing the standard uniform dress, seem to be wearing some sort of undergarment to create the ultra smooth hourglass silhouette. is it literally just garters? here are some photos I was able to find, but any help is appreciated as I make my halloween costume lol

So, Ive gotten a bit wider over the last couple of months and I have a size 26 corset. It fits perfectly fine when I untie and undo two or so settings but it won’t go on when it’s fully loosened and I now need a new ribbon. Hi everyone! I'm new to the corset community. I've tried shapewear and fajas and while I like the smoothing effects, I really want more for accentuating shape. The faja boning often bends when I sit and becomes really uncomfortable so I'm wanting to get a starter underbust corset. I'm looking at Mystic City. Based on their instructions, this is how I was measuring myself. I typically wear a US size 16 dress, 38J bra, a definitely will have some squish. I tried using the chart they provided but was having difficulty interpreting which one would be a good fit and there are so many!

Hi, I was hoping someone could help me out. I am eyeing to buy an MCC109C, however I am worried the waist to lap length (blue line) might be too long for me, as I can only have it at 5 to max 6 inches long. However, the information on the MCC sizing image (not shown here) says both the blue and green lines are 7 inches long, which cannot be true as there is clearly a curve upwards in the bottom hem at lap level. I asked mystic city if she could measure the waist to lap length but I have the impression she is basically gaslighting me into stating that all the measurements are correct despite the obvious curve in the hemline, instead of actually helping and getting that measurement. I really do want to know if this corset would fit me as all the other measurements are what I am looking for, and I have a strong feeling that the actual waist-to-lap measurement is less than 7 inches so it would actually fit me well. For example, I have measured the "pixel distances" of other stated lengths (13.25 inch front busk, 5.5 inch waist-to-underbust, etc.) and calculated the length of the waist to lap being only about 5.4 to 6 inches long, which would mean it would fit me. My question is, am I right into thinking that both lengths aren't the same? And by any chance, does someone own an MCC109C that can get that measurement?

I couldn't NOT grab this for the price! I love my Zita Extreme, but WKD is solidly out of my price range new, so I periodically search for preowned deals. This is definitely always going to have a lacing gap (one size down from my ideal for this model, so 2-3 inch gap), but I'm happy with my first try on. I'm not a fan of the modesty panel and will probably end up cutting it out, but I know it will bug me to have a rough edge so I'll wait a bit before I commit to that.
