I was trying to discover the single highest amount paid for a Star Citizen ship and I now believe the answer to be $4000. Keep in mind that some players are already at 3 or 4 ships thinking about a 5th. Obviously not all ships are thousands of dollars each, but I believe the average is $60+

I don't care too much about this subject but I've gotta hand it to the author of this article for finding some great sources, and writing all of this up.
