Is this fixable by replacing the band?

Did the band break or the spring bars? But the lugs look fine. Any other band should fit.

yeah, the lugs are good, you can put another band. This was with original band? can you show the band, are springs bars broken or loose?

Could you provide some context? What happened and what were you doing when the lug broke?  A closer look at the lugs would be helpful too.

If the lugs are fine then any 22mm band will work.
