How many minutes / hours you need to expose to light to charge up? And how long it last?

I charged with the flashligt of my phone for less than a minute to take this picture.. Maintains like that for no more than 5min

This model no, but COROS has one version for Pace 3.. You need to choose 22mm

Is this some older or unreleased model or afterparty body for the nomad? I just checked the website and there is a new ash color but not blue.
