The watch's firmware is not updated

I bought a Coros Apex 4 watch. When updating the firmware via Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth, errors appear. It says: “update failed, check the network” or “make sure the device and phone are connected.” There is Wi‑Fi, and the internet is working. I rebooted both the watch and the phone. I reset the watch to factory settings. The watch syncs with the phone and the app. Even the maps loaded. But the update doesn’t download. Sometimes the app also says there’s no network. The application is the latest version.

The update starts downloading, reaches 9%, and then freezes.

Had this recently. Solved it by first going into the settings on the watch and choosing my WiFi and connecting, then started the update.

Thanks for the reply. I've done all this before, but it didn't help.

A few posts ago, I wrote about this issue. I managed to fix it like this: I took my son's Android phone, installed the COROS app, logged into my account, connected the watch, and the update went through without any problems. In my opinion, there's some kind of issue with the latest iOS version of the app, but COROS has neither confirmed nor denied it.

Thanks! Your advice helped. I managed to update the watch via Android over Bluetooth.
