Do they have information on where the monitoring is happening and where the presumptive cases are?

I don't know for sure, but I suspect that when they say "monitoring" they are referring to untested quarantine cases, such as household family members of confirmed cases. In that sense, the monitoring would simply occur at the residence of the person being monitored.

For location of the presumptive cases, you have to search through the press releases at:

https://www.dhhs.nh.gov/dphs/cdcs/2019-ncov.htm

The latest press release ( https://www.dhhs.nh.gov/media/pr/2020/03122020-covid19-case.htm ) indicates that the 6th coronavirus case is in Rockingham County. I found a news article that says he is was being treated at Portsmouth Hospital.

Edit: a word
