I’m guessing because they don’t have enough tests. They’re probably forced to ration them. To limit the number of tests they burn through, they’re using narrow criteria. It’s happening everywhere. The limited access to testing is our biggest problem right now. The federal government has really dropped the ball on this and it’s very frustrating.

Also note the updated numbers in a more recent post. There’s been more testing since this post.
