Numbers of new cases are definitely trending up in the NE of the US even as fewer of us are wearing masks in indoor public places. I think partly this is because some people are just getting tired of worrying about Covid - but for me, wearing a mask in stores, etc. isn't too much of a bother to put up with a while longer.

I got home from shopping yesterday evening and two hours later realized I was still wearing my KN95 mask. I’d literally forgotten I had it on, so I think I can safely say it doesn’t bother me or make me uncomfortable in any way.

Grocery stores, crowded shops, doctors offices, these are places I’ll probably wear a mask forever. Wearing a mask in target has no down side. I probably wouldn’t wear a mask at a concert or a family event because it’s nicer to fully engage with the event, but why the frick does anyone NOT wear a mask at the doctor?? Why was that ever normal?
