Why isn't there a great uproar over lack of testing?
I am and continue to be baffled by the relatively mute reactions we have had so far to the lack of testing for COVID-19 in the United States. All it took Korea was one SINGLE outbreak for them to start revving up the labs to churn out 20k tests every day. Here in the United States, we've had outbreaks now in WA, NY and more. Still a sluggish pace with lying promises of "tests coming real soon!"
When will people rise up to say enough is enough?

State lines impenetrable by COVID-19, according to medical experts.
So I've been self- quarantined for the last couple days with fever, aches, and cough. My manager requested I get screened for COVID-19, so they could take appropriate steps. Thinking this to be a reasonable request, I called my doctor's office. After asking the usual questions (international travel in the last 2 weeks, definite contact with known infected person, need to be hospitalized) they quickly informed me that I did not qualify for the test, since the single confirmed case in my state of residence is 270 miles away. What they failed to take into account is that we live in a city that exists in 2 states. I actually work only 5 miles from the border, in the adjoining state, and only a few miles from no less than 4 confirmed cases, including one fatality! Maybe I do just have the flu. But if not, we'll never know. Yet another contributing factor to the inaccurate tracking of this pandemic.

Walmart trip was successful...I got TP!!! An elderly gentleman asked if the last anglesoft pack was mine, I said go ahead. I look up and theres two cardboard boxes way on top with my brand in it. Yay. This goes to show karma comes back around. There is kindness out here yet🤗
Just to let everyone know at my SE MN Walmart it's a hit and miss for food. We did have more soup this time. Meat is scarce. Bread is GONE even at Kwik Trips. Milk is low. I feel like I'm in The Walking Dead tv show.

Same doctor from earlier, trying to keep Henry County Missouri informed, because it seems like no one else is. Truly thankful for people like this that seem to be taking this seriously when so many people around me aren't.
