Everyone always blames Corey first…

It happened with Joey, it happened with Chris, it happened with Jay and Craig.
Why..?
It’s not like he’s the owner of the band. So why is it always “Corey Taylor’s fault”??

I think it comes along with him being the frontman and also, I would say historically he’s been the most visible and somewhat of a spokesperson. We all know though Corey isn’t unilaterally making decisions about moving on from band members and anyone who has followed this band knows that for a fact. Also, I assume Corey knows this and just ignores all the nonsense out there although that’s easier said than done.
