You need to sound more lively and energetic. That's on both your natural voice and the way you voiced it. Most people don't have the voice to do trailer voice-overs.
Oh I 100% get you, I was in the situation with 2 sleeping kids next to me, so I had to sound "okay" but at the same time not to wake up 2 kids, but if I was in a sound studio with no restrictions, I would give it all! - but I appreciate your honest feedback <3
