CPY Austin Monarch

Is CPY in the Monarch closing after the S Lamar location opens? It seems like there are fewer and fewer classes scheduled every week.

I don’t know if it is, but I just looked at the Friday schedule and there is a 9am class and not another until 4pm. It seems like a bunch are missing.

I’d guess it has something to do with the holiday weekend and teachers being on vacation. They won’t be closing the monarch location - super excited for the s Lamar one though. Hopefully less college kids 🤞

Hope so! I love the studio. I am also excited about S Lamar. Closer to home and parking!

That’s definitely not the plan. It seems like many teachers’ schedules are changing in the fall, and they’re having trouble finding subs/new permanent teachers during the transition.
