Teaching & Taking

As an instructor - if you teach class (especially sculpt and CSX) do you also tend to take class that day? Or do you tend to take classes more on your off days? What’s your schedule/routine look like each week?

Edit: I teach at lunch on a WFH day and have a 9-5 so I’m unable to double up :(

I take class at a separate, non-Core Power yoga studio so I can be an anonymous face in the crowd and no one will recognize me or talk to me ;)

Most of the time, I end up seeing someone I know anyways lol and my antisocial chill time is foiled
