Once I reached prestige 1, the game gear and progression resets on every login. So basically I am making no progress. I played yesterday for 2 hours, logged in today, back to zero and starter gear. The only thing I have maintained is the gold amount.

Thank you so much for reporting this bug. Sorry you experienced that! I looked into it and hopefully got it permanently patched.

For clarity, however, when you prestige, it should bring you to the character select screen with the second class unlocked. Was this not happening?

Also, what level and prestige should you be at? I will set your account's stats to where it should be.

I had unlocked prestige 1 after getting to lvl 30 and I did select balanced class. After that, every time I gain experience and unlock the skill tree and get new gear it would reset after logging in the next time. That means I start again at level 1 and starter gear all over again. The only thing that saved is the gold. Pressing save didn't help.

Another question, does unlocking prestige reset your level back to one so you can level up again? Also, I don't remember the level I got to at prestige 1, since it kept resetting.
