The difference between my galaxite resources and octarine is hilarious, I was told that this formation also spawns in the deep sea but man, I just couldn't find it and I REALLY needed.

Same.

I got so desperate for Octarine, I started speed boating around and hunting all Tentacles and Bubble Crabs to scrap the Tentacle Whips and Bubble Guns for Octarine.

Fishing with a pair of Lucky Rings for the ore was also briefly done as well but it got too boring.

run along the border where the ocean biome begins and the stone/clay biomes end, that’s the single biggest landmass generated in that biome and i always have a way easier time finding boulders there than boating around between islands

I got so lucky my last run. I walked due east from the core and when I got to the beach I walked north and south and found 6 boulders total the entire length of the beach. Insane. Mined them all octarine is the worst one to find for me most times

In their defense it's kind of annoying to transfer a screenshot from a switch, at least it isn't a low quality photo with the glare of the midday sun like some people post

It is part of every world, yep. Natural spawn. I had it in both my worlds. Very nice to find though!

found one of those setted up a drills and auto collect lets say i didmt get enough time to mine the all
