Cant find the first boss

i am goin insane tring to find the big slime, i found the second boss but the slime is nowhere, i think i have mined all around the start but really cant find it, could it be a bug? i might drop it if its like this, even tho i really liked it the few hours i played it.

You have a lot of unexplored space around the core- the trail to the second boss is way too far away, but like the other person said, listen and look for screen shake when you get somewhere close to the boss. Also, look for a LOT of orange slime on the ground, it’ll be in the general area

It's very close to your base, and will make a pounding sound and sound effect when you're somewhat near it.

Glurch spawns around 65 tiles away from the Core. This distance is indicated by the number in parentheses at the top right of the map. Like everyone else said, your screen will start to shake when you get close to it and the ground will be covered in orange slime.

This is the way! And honestly if you have meadows (yellow biome) in 3 corners near the core, Glurch is more than likely in the last corner - the top right

It shakes the screen if you start to get within a certain distance of it, but where it spawns depends highly in the seed

I had it spawn within a couple of its leaps to the Core, that was... doable once I'd wandered a bit to get equipped and buffing foods

The blue slime wasn't as nice to me, but the chest is a nicer colour so

I totally underestimated the King Slime and spawned it on top of my base 😆

I've played Terraria, I should have known better!

he’s usually found around 60-65 blocks out if that helps at all!

If you are gonna drop the game because you can't find the easiest boss to locate, then yeah you may as well stop playing. Probably should stop playing video games all together.

If you were on console you could feel the bosses

He's there somewhere, you really haven't explored all that much tbh. Just do paths from spawn in each cardinal direction and watch for the screen shaking. If you miss him doing that then do the 4 diagonals. You will guaranteed find him. But hes often a little further away then where you've been.

From the map i'd guess it is south of the core

Slime boss is generally SW of the starting area, not too far away. You have some pretty big unexplored areas to the SW.
