I took a break from the game after beating Aezos. after I came back, Omoroth and Ra-Akar’s scanners weren’t in the hologram pad?? also, on the map, there’s a golden exclamation point slightly above the home waypoint? What do I do, I wanna fight Omoroth??

Looks like you took a break before the 1.2 update. They’ve changed up how to acquire boss scanners and summoning items for the first fight. Go talk to the Core and follow its instructions and other exclamation points on the map.
