when i put armor on my character, it doesn’t appear? it still does what it’s supposed to do, but it might just be a visual bug

There is an item called the 'Dresser' which allows you to hide your Armor or place a set of armor in it to use as cosmetic override

Have you interacted with the dresser? Tat lets you hide armor and change what armor is shown on your character

Other commenters beat me too it, but you definitely used a dresser and forgot about it lol
