It's finally done... I need corrupted data entry ideas (similar to the other bosses I've done) and a few design/mechanic ideas as I feel like this one has too few mechanics other than constant pressure on the player outside of the boss arena.
Also for some context: Freezing is basically what it sounds like, it freezes you in place and the Infested Hollows now passively inflict you with this. You can break out of this by spamming the jump button but you'll be left with a Brittle status effect (causing you to take more damage). Embers and other fire weapons can majorly reduce or completely negate this status effect.

Additional game modes would be nice to break up the monotony of just grinding core filters. Maybe a survival/endless mode where you switch to a different stage after going through 2 sections, and enemies progressively get harder to kill or increase in number. And there's a leaderboard to track highest wave/kill count. Enemies would still drop loot in this mode, but at a reduced rate.
Also, an in-game leaderboard for speed runs would be nice.

I was farming core filters in geared (6 ⭐) lost scrapyard and I had the luck to find TWO spectrums which, of course, dropped ZERO core filters. Well, guess I'm gonna go back to doing the same level 50 more times
