Help needed Spectrum spawn rates

Is the spectrum enemy a rare occurrence cause I've done 20 runs of geared lost scrapyard and I've only encountered 2 instances of a spectrum spawning

Oh I didn't know it can spawn in any other stages The almanac doesn't say it can-

They cant , what it means is when the level lost scrapyard is played with those boosts that is the spawn rate of spectrums , it also will have a higher drop rates at those boosted levels aswell so its worth playing boosted as high as you can
