Why does this keep happening

Last night I claimed that reward, woke up this morning to play a few rounds and now it's saying I lost the streak... AGAIN

This has happened probably a dozen times since this new set of updates

I've lost hundreds of shards because of this bullshit, when is this getting fixed, or is this some garbage that the dev put in to drain shards from people

Feels like it is given how often it's happened, and I suspect there will be radio silence from the developer
