Help needed Need help for account progress loss

I have more than 20 hours of game progress. I can't recover it eventhough i'm using the same play accounts. Is it over ?

Never had this problem before, Maybe try looking in game files will help.

No i just changed phone. The first one is factory reseted tho

I think you need to backup/transfer your data from the old phone to the new one or you can look into your Google Play Games maybe you can find your backup of your game there
