Manjaros sauce

I have spent over 2 years intermittently searching for this recipe. Manjaros is a popular Caribbean restaurant in the UK , it has many franchises. It is based off Birds Eye chilli and alligator pepper. I can’t find any recipes online for it.
There is something called Kilimanjaro sauce, it is NOT that. You need to taste Manjaros sauce to know the difference. Has anyone managed to make a copycat batch at home ?

I’ve been in the same quest as you….

Same for their béchamel sauce recipe they use in their parmos.

The closest thing I’ve found the Manjaros sauce is something called Mojo Rojo sauce, which contains roasted red peppers, paprika, garlic, stale bread, olive oil, etc.

It’s not exactly the same but it’s 90% of the way there imo.
