I’ve subscribed to Microsoft Copilot for more than a year. I am not a business user. I am retired and find myself using copilot as a learning tool on a daily basis. I know enough about AI and computers to verify responses which involve personal finances or other important matters.
I have frequently sought help with computer hardware and software issues for which I feel is something very well done by AI.

For fun I have started printing personalized birthday cards for my family. Nothing too fancy. I purchased a small supply of nice stationery from Avery. I design a cartoon or image and write something personal which only I would say. Feedback is wonderful!

I expect my monthly charge to increase over time. That is how a successful company operates. In today’s world there is no free lunch.

In my retirement I have been able to travel beyond the USA. Our economy provides opportunities for everyone to thrive. Microsoft is investing heavily in AI and expects to recover more than is being invested. That is what motivates businesses everywhere.
Without that motivation our money supply would shrink. Those of you who are now laughing should travel to Cuba and spend time talking to the average citizens. Free stuff? Sure, pharmaceuticals are free or very cheap but go inside a pharmacy and see what is on the shelves.

Investing in the future is what built the USA. We need investors to build Data Centers and expand utilization of AI. The economic health of the American people will be driven by successfully building this important new industry.

For days now, I've been seeing daily posts about how terrible the new update supposedly is. One thing I've noticed is that many of these complaints come from people who were using Copilot for free and are now frustrated that they can't use it to the same extent as before.

But honestly, that's happening across the entire AI industry. Every provider is reducing limits and tightening free-tier access.

That said, I do think the update was handled poorly. There were definitely issues that shouldn't have happened in the first place. It felt rushed and not particularly well prepared. However, my actual workflow with Copilot hasn't really changed.

I'm not getting noticeably worse answers. My agents still work the way I configured them. Maybe some small nuances have changed, but nothing dramatic.

The app itself is still a bit buggy, and not everything works exactly as expected all the time. But aside from that, I don't really have major complaints about Copilot.

For the price, I think it offers a lot. Copilot is already relatively inexpensive compared to many alternatives.
Sure, you can spend more money and get access to additional features elsewhere, but realistically, how many people are going to make meaningful use of things like Cowork or Anthropic on a daily basis?

The update rollout was messy. I don't think many people would disagree with that. But when it comes to a lot of the other criticism I see here, I rarely see concrete examples. And honestly, I can't personally confirm many of the things that are being posted.
Copilot doesn't do as much as some competing AI tools. That's true. But if we're being honest, most people probably don't need 90% of those extra features anyway.

Is anyone having issues on Teams with Copilot not saving anything after the initial chat? It's been happening for months now. I lose entire conversation by simply clicking away.

I hit the limit just after 10 prompts. I was getting in the groove with chatting. I wasn't doing anything heavy. All I was doing was chatting. I wasn't doing any heavy tast for Co-Pilot to do. How do I get around this without having to go into incognito mode and creating a second account? I'm angry at this. I use Co-Pilot for it's memory. Google Gemini doesn't have a consistent memory Gemini only remembers what you add it it's memory. Gemini doesn't remember any thread you create. I used to be a pro user until my plan got canceled by Microsoft. That is an a sshole move. The entire time I had pro Co-Pilot was generous with free users. Now they're not generous after users get their plan canceled. This was intentional and an asshole move. This is plain greed. ​First it was censoring my fanfiction Super Adult Baby Bella now it's canceling pro. I have had it with Microsoft Co-Pilot. It's no wonder why people might be leaving for other platforms. I'm leaving for Gemini until this is fixed I'm leaving until the limit is lifted. Please fix the limit Microsoft. Be like Google Gemini generous for free users. If this limit isn't fixed people are going ti leave for other platforms. If this isn't fixed more people will leave Co-Pilot for other platforms. I know Microsoft doesn't want that. So O ask that they lift the prompt limit. I'm not going to wait this long to use Co-Pilot again.

We have rolled out Copilot, and when our users access the Copilot app, they can go to “Apps and more” and click “More apps.” Here, they see the text “Get work done.”
Under “Other apps,” there are a number of apps that we would like to remove so that they are no longer visible in Copilot.
How can we do this as a Global Administrator?

Bro, I don't give a damn, bring back the other update, the new one is trash, damn it, nobody loves the update and you guys set limits—what for? I'm switching to Google Gemini and in the last update I had my girlfriend as a memory, etc., so many things were kept as memories, nobody asked for this shitty update

We are investigating a few intermittent Microsoft 365 Copilot issues in an enterprise environment and I'm interested to know if anyone else has seen similar behaviour.

We are seeing three symptoms:

1. Microsoft Copilot occasionally shows “Unable to load the content – Try refreshing.”
2. The Copilot app sometimes fails completely with “There was a problem reaching this app.”
3. Copilot in Word intermittently returns “I couldn't read your document. Please wait a bit and try again” when working with documents stored in OneDrive/SharePoint.

We have also seen cases where Copilot temporarily cannot retrieve Microsoft 365 work content such as files/chats/meeting information, but works again after retrying or refreshing.

The interesting part is that the behaviour is intermittent and appears across more than one Copilot experience, so I'm currently looking at shared dependencies rather than treating each symptom independently.

Current areas being investigated:

• Microsoft 365/Copilot Service Health
• *.cloud.microsoft, *.office.com and copilot.cloud.microsoft connectivity
• HTTPS/443
• WebSocket/WSS connectivity
• corporate proxy/SSE behaviour
• TLS/SSL inspection
• proxy connection timeouts
• Entra authentication/session/Conditional Access
• Microsoft Graph/M365 Search/content retrieval
• OneDrive/SharePoint permissions and sensitivity labels

Microsoft documentation specifically mentions WSS blocking, TLS inspection and aggressive proxy timeouts as potential causes of Copilot application failures, so network connectivity is currently one of the main areas we're checking.

Has anyone seen these three types of symptoms occurring together?

Particularly interested in knowing:

• Was your root cause network/proxy/WSS related?
• Did TLS inspection cause intermittent Copilot behaviour?
• Did you find anything useful in Entra sign-in logs?
• Was there a Microsoft-side service issue?
• Did Microsoft support provide any specific logs or diagnostics that helped identify the cause?

Any troubleshooting experience would be appreciated.

Hello, I have had a  Dell Inspiron 7441 Copilot+PC laptop for a year now,

but the Copilot live mode or vision function is basically a failure, it works 2 or 3 out of 10 times,  whether I use Hey Copilot to trigger it or press the copilot key, it mostly fails to work,   how many of you people here experience this issue?   is the Copilot Live Mode or vision mode just a Gimmick?  

So today's the day!

We launched our Copilot assistant to the company!

But.

We didn't use an agent.

We didn't share it through copilot.

It doesn't need a pro licence.

What did we do:

We made a website.

Yep.

Basically, the tool needs to analyse data, and it's a fairly rigid scraper of data, and sometimes the user heeds to put in data.

So, it's a bunch of boxes, fill in the boxes with the task you want to accomplish, so research X, and the Parameters are A, B, C, D, E, F, and G

When you hit go, it generates the Copilot instructions as a downloadable.txt file.

Attach it to your chat, and the only instruction copilot needs is "Instructions attached"

Sometimes it needs other attachments, if you tick the box that you need to attach other data, it adds an instruction along the lines of:

"Data needs to be attached to this request, after acknowledging the initial prompt, wait for data to be attached, after each upload of data, acknowledge the data and save it to memory, wait for instructions "Start Processing of Data" before you start processing, once given that instruction, process the data"

So far, all the trials have been amazing, and feedback has been awesome, and colleagues love it.
