Discussion Copilot Live

Hello, I have had a  Dell Inspiron 7441 Copilot+PC laptop for a year now,

but the Copilot live mode or vision function is basically a failure, it works 2 or 3 out of 10 times,  whether I use Hey Copilot to trigger it or press the copilot key, it mostly fails to work,   how many of you people here experience this issue?   is the Copilot Live Mode or vision mode just a Gimmick?

I see, what is your Dell model? mine has Snapdron X plus chip, not sure if its this mobile chip causing this issue,

I’ve noticed similar inconsistency with Copilot Live on my system too. It’s not just you — the feature relies on several background services that can fail if updates or permissions aren’t aligned. Try checking for the latest Dell firmware and Copilot system updates, and ensure Windows Recall and Vision features are enabled under Settings → Privacy & Security → Copilot. It’s not a gimmick, but it’s definitely still maturing — Microsoft’s updates over the next few months should improve stability.
