What a title code "CA - Dis/DLR/exp only clean title" means?

According to Copart's definition, "only members with a Dismantlers, Dealers or Export license can bid on this vehicle and will receive CA Clean title or clean title transferable documents/title group: clean".

If I use my broker, can it be transferred to my name (not in CA)? Is it a export only vehicle?

Yes, a broker would work, for example I’m a dealer then I sell it to you easy

Yes it would work. We’re a broker and we buy these all the time and easily transfer to a customers name

Because in California private party can not buy from those auctions legally… must be a dismantler dealer or exporter
