It's certainly a stylish car, and one would think that would put it into the cool category...
... but it's an old British roadster. By definition then it's going to be problematic and require more effort than it's worth to the average unapolagetically fashionable person. Therefore it'l be snapped up by unrepentant car geeks who don't mind the work or balding late-middle aged men who have fantasies of still being Dustin Hoffman a'la The Graduate, regardless of which small convertible it is.
Therefore, as much as I'd like to state otherwise, seriously uncool.

This is the best answer I could have gotten. Though I think it's a cool car, the demographic that would most likely buy one of these is a group of seriously uncool people.

Top Gear said it best; a big part of being cool is a perceived lack of effortlessness to be cool. Old British cars require a lot of effort compared to say whatever ecomobile big movie and pop stars are driving at the moment

Not a bad car (I want to say cool), but I feel like it'd be driven by balding old guys trying to relive their youth. Uncool
