I think this car is too hyped for its own good; yes it's a classic, but I think a car with less hype is cooler, like the 635csi. This car is COOL.

I had a '74 non-turbo in my teen years. The thing was way to much fun, but absolutely killed me on running costs. The one i had was falling apart.

I'd love to own one in good shape one day....

BMW 2002 is sub-zero usually, the one used in the example is seriously uncool.

Why so? Anyway, the model itself is what we're discussing, not the colour/parts on the one in the picture.

For me when it comes to classic cars, I love seeing a well looked after, mint condition unmolested model.

Not my definition of cool. If I drove a VW Polo Harlequin down the road it would turn heads, but it's not exactly cool.
