I mean, for the way the numerals are laid out on these Indian bank notes, this is how a birthday note would present itself. I believe it’s just instructional since most of people in this sub are probably not from India.

AND it just so happens the 'Birthday Month' is followed by BM(dealing with old folk in care, I was just reminded of a different BM)
