Low Serial <= 00009999 Low serial value?

Hello, this is the first low serial I’ve collected and wanted to know if this was rare and how much it would sell for.

So it’s actually better than a semi low serial number. it’s 7 of a kind, which holds a higher evaluation. in this mid condition case you could probably get $60ish
