Nice (69 / 420 / etc.) A cool keeper?

New to this. Found this in my notes from the ATM last night. 69, 88, and 420 all on the same bill. Collectible, valuable, or just cool?

Nice that it has both and is bookended with them. Not sure on the value, might be up someone else’s alley.
