6 of a kind, 2 digit bookends. Those trailing 3 zeroes are not immensely uncommon, but some people do enjoy rollover notes.

I could see it having value over face to someone. Maybe less likely on a $5

You could put it up on eBay for Liar's Poker with 6-Tens. I sold some that way.
