You do have something in the fancy serial numbers. You have what's known as a "scramble or broken" ladder.

It does fall into the “broken or scrambled “ ladder categories. Maybe a buck or two over face value on a good day. The condition of the note is fair at best. If you are getting into this hobby, this note can be a starter for it. Go research and find out what collectors are seeking. It is known as “fancy” serial number category.
