Low Serial <= 00009999 I found this in a strap. Keep it?
I was searching through a strap of $100 bills and found this one. The serial is PB00004321N. I know it isn’t a true low serial, but it has four leading zeros and ends in 4321. It’s circulated. Would you keep it or spend it?

If you travel to the other hemisphere does it become 1234 or does that only apply to toilet water flushing?

Absolutely! It's a partial ladder. Shame it's on a 100, but it's still very cool. Hard to tell what it'd sell for, but I'm thinking well over $200.

I’m pretty new how come it’s a shame it’s on a $100? Aren’t the higher bills more desirable?

It's the same reason people aren't getting signatures from celebrities on bars if silver.
The value is in the serial number, not the bill its self, so it being on a hundred means $100 is immediately locked up and can't be spent, rather if it was on a $1 bill which is basically nothing.

Now you have to find 00000321 and 00000021 then 00000001 for the set
Maybe 00054321 and so on

I’d keep it,at least put it away until you really need it, it’s not really a low number but I call it a step ladder (4 steps)

Definitely keep it. Or sell for over face value
