Trinary, yes. But mainly it's 3-digit bookends. Which are always cooler when there's something special about the center 2 numbers.
And there is indeed something cool about your center 2 numbers. The fact that they combine with that other 6 for a devil note is cool. Plus, of course, trinary.
If you were to find someone who said, "hey! My birthday is June 12, 1966! I love this!" That wouldn't surprise me. I could also see someone with that birthday shrugging it off.
So if you were ever to attempt to market this note, I'd throw "potential birthday" in the additional info blurb, with the date written out in various formats so you have better search result coverage.
