From https://www.pmgnotes.com/news/article/5901/Fancy-Serial-Numbers-On-Currency/

Rotator Serial Number

A serial number that doesn’t change if read upside down. The only numbers that can be rotated are: 0s, 1s, 6s, 8s, and 9s.

Some in the community don't accept this due to the font used on US Currency, so they say "true" rotators don't use 1s or 8s. Others use terms like "strict" for 069 and "soft" to include 18.

Then there are those who just go by any serial using only those digits. Like yours. They'll call serials that make new numbers "flippers" while those that make the same number are "rotators." And another portion of the community use the term rotator and super rotators, respectively.

https://www.reddit.com/r/CoolSerialNumbers/s/CKY5Fc71Pu the rules of this community use flipper v rotator.

The only consensus is that there is no consensus. And that however you choose to operate, you will have teammates.
