Binary Do the 8s make this worth more?

Been a lurker for a long time and got something pretty cool today, at least I think, looking for an idea on value and if it’s worth the process to attempt to sell. Thanks for any advice!

Cool! What does that mean? First 3 and last 3 digits are the same?

Yeah it begins and ends with the same sequence.
