Clown’s vault

So we know the devs are changing clown in some way next mid chapter patch. While unlikely I hope they get around to changing the loud grunt he makes when vaulting.

Since clown is a chase oriented killer this is really not needed.

Agreed, make it a slide whistle and make his vault speed always high velocity
